【Important and urgent】Information on the new coronavirus vaccination conducted by Gunma University
To all students
Gunma University will be offering mass vaccination against the new coronavirus to students, faculty and staff as a first step to help them lead a safe and fulfilling university life. We will start accepting applications from June 30 (Wed.), so please make an appointment through the “Educational Affairs System” if you wish to receive the vaccine. Those who have pre-existing medical conditions or other concerns should consult with their family physician before considering getting vaccinated.
Students of the School of Medicine (including graduate school) are not eligible for this occupational vaccination, as they have already been informed by the Showa District Academic Affairs Section that they are prioritized for vaccination in Gunma Prefecture.
This vaccination is based on request and is not mandatory. Those who do not receive the vaccine will not be disadvantaged.

2.Vaccination time: 9:30 a.m. to the end of the day’s scheduled vaccinations (around 4:30 p.m.)
- Vaccination site: Kenoh Vaccination Center
(G-Messe Gunma Exhibition Hall, 12-24 Iwashi-cho, Takasaki City)
4.How to make an appointment: Please log in to the Gunma University Information System and make an appointment from “MEDICAL EXAMINATION”.
- Appointment period: 6 days from June 30 (Wed.) to July 5 (Mon.)

NOTE：the vaccine can only be administered if Prevaccination Screening Questionnaire for COVID-19 vaccine is in Japanese.
